I began trading in 2010 after a career in IT infrastructure within the financial sector. The career change came as a result of a wish to become independant, achieve a more balanced work life with the ultimate goal of being involved in my children growing up rather than a distant dad.
From a business perspective I aim to bring a wealth of experience in technology, project management and client relationship management to develop lasting relationships with customers in the field of electrical and home technology solutions.
With the rapidly changing environment, new 'greener' or 'smarter' solutions are providing the end user with increased safety, functionality, security, simplicity, control and cost savings. This can ultimately allow people to remain independant within their homes later in life or when their circumstances change.
My approach is taking time to understand what the client wants and needs and develop these requirements into viable solutions.
As a tradesman the ultimate feedback I get from many of my clients is one of trust, honesty and professionalism. They want someone they can trust to be in their home and respect their home. From the outset all of my work and contacts have been obtained through direct recommendation with many of these via associations such as churches, sports clubs and schools.
As a result of requests from existing clients I provide services beyond just electrical and technology and maintain a number of clients properties, including complete bathroom installations, property renovation, general maintenance, as well as rental property maintenance & management. I am very happy to discuss any opportunities or requirements with you and will introduce 3rd parties where appropriate.
